Thinking Outside the Box With Unique Bridesmaids Gifts

When planning your wedding your attention will inevitably turn to gifts for your wedding party. Many brides and grooms find it to be less difficult to choose gifts for the groomsmen, but finding a unique bridesmaid gift may be a bit more challenging. Most brides want to give their bridesmaids a gift that they will really love, and will be able to use for years to come. One really exclusive bridesmaid gift is a charm bracelet. This is a lot of fun to give to bridesmaids because you can tell a story with a charm bracelet. Many brides leave one empty space in the bracelet and have a charm cake at the wedding where each of the bridesmaids pull a charm out of the cake. The charms are said to tell which of the women will get married next, who will come into money, and who will have children next, and more! This is a fun tradition to share with those in your bridal party and the charms can be taken and put onto the charm bracelet to complete it.
Another unique bridesmaid gift is a box of chocolates or another favorite candy or goody. This seems really simple, and it is, but it is something that people appreciate. Many brides like to give chocolate covered fruits such as strawberries and cherries, and others simply like to give a variety of chocolates. You can create a personalized box to put the chocolates in, which is a lot of fun. Others take the idea a step further and give each of their bridesmaids a fondue kit, allowing them to make their own chocolate covered fruit!
If you are having a destination wedding you might want to choose a unique bridesmaid gift that has a theme or is appropriate for the area. One idea is to provide a personalized tote bag to all of your guests with a personalized beach towel if you are by a beach, perhaps sunglasses, and a destination guide. You can also throw in a coffee table book that is all about the destination, and in the inside you can write a thank you note to each of your bridesmaids.
As you can see, a unique bridesmaid gift doesn't have to be expensive. Simply thinking outside the box and giving your bridesmaids a gift that you would enjoy receiving can make for very memorable and practical gifts. Your bridesmaids will appreciate the thought and creativity that you put into showing your gratitude.
